Both as business intent and as a natural effect of our handcrafting approach, we are unable to service large orders over a short time.  However, we do look forward to understanding your needs and discussing order volumes with you, so our company can satisfy your requests within your required timeframe.

Orders that include items that are on backorder will not be shipped until the backordered item is available.  All other orders are shipped by ground within 7 business days in single or multiple package(s)/shipment(s).  Personalized items take an additional 3 - 4 days to process.

Though you may receive your orders in multiple shipments, you will only be charged shipping once.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. 


Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your order.  However, if for some reason you want to return a merchandise, please mail them back to us within 15 days of the shipping date.  Send us a a notice immediately and we'll send you the address to return the items to.

Except for personalized items, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the product less postage and handling if returned unused, in the original package (including attached tags) and in saleable condition within 15 days of the shipment date.   Returns received after 15days of the shipping date are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
